Kristin School

For two weeks, from March 31 through April 11, I spent my days at an independent school in Albany, a northern suburb of Auckland. Kristin School is special in that it accommodates students from pre-K through Year 13 (the equivalent of a US high school senior.)

The students, faculty and staff are friendly and very welcoming. Perhaps unique to Kristin, the students say Thank You to their teacher at the end of class!! As you can see, they are in uniform, as are most students in New Zealand whether they attend an independent or a state school.

Below is a picture of the staff and I on the last day of the term.
